Button "B": - Adjusts the intensity of the flame effect.
A turn to the right will increase the flame effect and a turn to the left will decrease the flame
effect.
Button "C":-Adjusts the electronic thermostat setting.
The thermostat controls the heat output according to the room temperature. This ensures that the
stove will not produce heat unnecessarily when the room is warm.
Turning the control knob to the left will decrease the temperature setting, turning the control knob
to the right will increase the temperature setting. The stove will now automatically operate at this
temperature. Alternatively to heat a cold room quickly, turn the thermostat control knob up fully.
2.5.3 The operation of the Remote Control.
Ensure that the main switch is in the "ON" ( I ) position.
Point towards the stove for the remote control to work properly.
The remote control has 3 buttons (see Fig. 8).
The functions are as follows:
Press once to switch the flame effect on.
This is confirmed by one beep.
Press once to switch Half heat and Flame effect on.
This will be indicated by two beeps.
Press again to switch Full heat and Flame effect on.
This will be indicated by three beeps .
Stand-by
This is confirmed by one beep.
2.6 Batteries
2.6.1 Replacing the batteries.
1. Remove the lid of the batteries compartment at the back of the remote control. (see Fig. 8).
2. Place the batteries.
3. Put the lid of the batteries compartment back in its place.
The batteries should be discharged properly in accordance with local requirements.
