WATER TEMPERATURE SENSOR FAULT
This alarm goes off when the sensor for detecting water temperature
is disconnected or it breaks. During the alarm state, the thermo-
stove will be in the turn-off stage (see drawing D76).
In case of this alarm appears you must be in touch with the technical
support service.
10.13
WATER TEMPERATURE ALARM
It goes off when the probe detects a water temperature higher than
90°C. Therefore the display shows the following message (see
drawing D77):
In case of this alarm appears you must be in touch with the technical
assistance service.
10.14
CIRCUIT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE ALARM
It goes off when the pressure transducer detects an out of bounds
pressure, either lower than 0.4 bars or higher than 2.5 bars. The
system automatically interrupts the pellet supply and the display
will show on the screen an alarm. Right after, the turn-off stage is
activated (see drawing D78).
In case this alarm appears you must be in touch with the technical
support service.

There is no fuel in the hopper or it
does not fall inside the burner.
The fuel thermal security
thermostat has shot up.
The combustion chamber is on
depression.
Lack of primary air or installation
not appropriate.
The flowmeter sensor is dirty.
The flow sensor is broken.
Problem with the water probe.
The water temperature is high.

Possible solution
Press button 4 for a few seconds and let the final cleaning stage
finish. The boiler will come back to the turn-off status.
Check the probe connection or replace it.
Regulate the pellet loading and/or the extractor speed. Verify
the type of fuel that has been used.
Check the geared motor and the resistor way of working. Check
a possible blockage of the auger feeder. Verify that there is fuel
in the tank.
Refill tank. Check the auger's operation. Check the fuel
characteristics and that it has not become compacted. Clean
the bottom of the hopper.
Restart the thermostat manually. Check the reason why the
temperature is excessive and provoked the overheating (fuel
load, excess draught, fuel type...)
Verify that the chamber is hermetic: check locks, gaskets... etc.
Check that the flue installation is correct (excess of horizontal
sections, elbow joint, etc). Possible fuel blockage.
Check the primary air inlet. Verify installation (excess of
horizontal section, curves, dirtiness, etc).
Clean the flow sensor to get a proper reading. .
Replace the flow sensor.
Check the probe connection or replace it.
Check the pump is working. Check Parameter Pr 33. Check the
water system installation. Purge properly.
Check the hydraulic pressure of installation. Working pressure
should be between 1 and 1.5 bars.
