FILLING THE FILLING TANK
- Only use distilled water (see technical specifications on page 58).
- When the LCD display shows the message "Proceed to fill H2O" fill the filling tank with
distilled water, choosing from one of two of the following modes:
AUTOMATIC FILLING
- Insert the tube part, with the quick coupling, in the specific water filling joint (12 Fig. 2)
and insert the other end in the canister.
- Press the (+) button to start the water filling pump.
- Press the (-) key (\\) to stop the operation.
- Filling is automatically blocked once the maximum level of the filling tank is reached.
MANUAL FILLING
- Insert the tube part with the quick coupling in the hole (14 Fig. 3).
- Insert the funnel in the other end of the tube and pour a max of 2 litres of distilled water in.
EMPTYING THE DISCHARGE TANK
- Insert the side of the tube without the quick coupling in a container to collect the discharged
water.
- Insert the quick coupling in the hole 11 Fig. 2 and position the container under the autoclave
to empty the tank.
- Water must be discharged in compliance with the standards in force on waste
disposal.
PLACING MATERIAL TO STERILISE IN THE CHAMBER
Wrap the load very carefully determining the compatibility of the medical devices to wrap
with the pre-chosen wrapping.
The material used for packaging must ensure:
- Compatibility with the sterilisation process.
- Compatibility with the labelling system.
Always insert a chemical indicator with the load to verify the positive outcome of the
sterilisation thermodynamic cycle.
Arrange the well-cleaned material on the trays, distributing it uniformly.
The chamber can have an inserted maximum of:
wrapped material
unwrapped material
porous load
STERILISATION PROGRAM SELECTION
The pre-heating time, with the machine cold, is about 10 minutes. By selecting the "Programs"
sub-menu you access the list of sterilisation cycles that the autoclave can execute:
CYCLE B
- Cycle 134°C Standard
- Cycle 134°C Prion
- Cycle 121°C Standard
- Cycle 134°C B Flash*
To scroll through the cycles and move the selection indicator press the (+) or (-) keys and
then confirm your choice with the
