1.
With the propeller at a complete standstill, open the
safety mesh on the shutter side.
2.
Open the side cover plates.
3.
Unthread two tie-rod with holes and unscrew bolts
and nuts which fix shutter closing spring.
4.
Remove the two shutter blades in correspondence of
the motor.
5.
Loosen motor slide fixing screws.
6.
Tighten the V-belt by pushing the motor sideways
and tighten the fixing screws adequately.
7.
Insert the shutter blades, the two tie-rod and fix the
shutter opening spring.
8.
Fix the side cover plates and the safety mesh.
1.
With the propeller at a complete standstill, open the
safety mesh on the shutter side.
2.
Remove the (4) half shutter blades.
3.
By operating through the shutter, loose the (4) M8 hex
nut on the central support and the short support.
4.
Rotate the propeller to reach the right tension (range:
110-150Hz).
5.
Fix the (4) M8 hex nut.
6.
Fix the (4) half shutter blades and the safety mesh.
1.
Loosen the nut of the cam (ref.1) and of the motor
slide (ref.2) and insert a 10 mm allen key into the
hexagonal hole of the cam.
2.
By turning the Allen key push the motor forward until it
reaches the desired position.
3.
Tighten the nuts of the motor slide and of the cam.
