Cooking immediately. Once you have

(2.17.12), confi rm. It will display Lime scale

steps shown.
STEP 1. Emptying. Put a container under
the drawer to collect the water.
PASO 2. Cleaning. Add 110 ml of white
vinegar. Close the drawer. The descaling
process will begin. At the end of the cycle
the oven will beep and the drawer will open
automatically. The descaling process has
ended.
STEP 3. Rinsing. Completely fi ll and drain
the water tank.
STEP 4. Emptying. Fill the water tank again
and drain again. After these steps, the screen
will tell you that descaling is complete.
Note: The oven will advise you to descale
after you have used the steam cooking
function a certain number of times (2.17.13).
If you choose Start the descaling process
will start immediately. Follow the above four
steps. If you choose Later you will be able to
steam cook a further fi ve times. Then you will
have to descale the appliance.

2.18 Steam recipes.
Choose Steam recipes on the menu and
confi rm (2.18.1). The oven has programmes
for six types of foods: Pork, poultry, bread,
cakes, processed foods, defrosting.
Choose the appropriate food with
(2.18.2) confi rm. Pick the recipe and confi rm
(2.18.3). Enter the weight and confi rm
(2.18.4). The drawer will open. Completely
fi ll the water tank. Close the drawer and
the oven will recommend where you should
position the tray. The oven will automatically
make the necessary calculations and display
cooking duration and fi nish time (2.18.5).
When it has fi nished, it will beep and the
screen will tell you that the dish is ready.
Empty the tank.
Note: Some recipes require pre-heating.
Confi rm with
, and CELERIS will appear
on the screen. The oven will quickly reach
the required temperature. Once at the right
temperature, the oven will beep and will tell
you where to position the tray. To achieve
optimal results, you should put the food into
the oven as soon as you hear the beep.

2.19 Residual heat

. If the oven is still hot
after it has been switched off,
on the display. It will only disappear when
the temperature inside the oven drops below
60ºC.
2.20 Automatic switch-off. If you forget
to switch off the oven, it will switch off
automatically after a certain time. If the
temperature is lower than 100ºC, the
oven will switch off after 10 hours. If the
temperature is higher than 100ºC, it will
switch off after 3 hours.
2.21 Memory function. This function enables 3
modes to be stored in the cooking function.
Select Memories on the menu and validate
(2.21.1). Select Last programme and
validate (2.21.2). The parameters for the last
dish cooked will appear. Validate (2.21.3).
Select Save and validate (2.21.4). Select
one of the three memories to store the
parameters in, and validate (2.21.5). (2.21.6)
will appear. Validate. Settings stored (2.21.7)
will appear. The adjustments have now
been stored and you may start the cooking
process by pressing

To use one of the memories stored, select
Memories on the menu and validate
