5. In the warranty period all material or construction defects as determined by BERG Toys will
either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of BERG Toys.
6. The owner of this product can only make a warranty claim by offering the product for inspection
to a BERG Toys dealer. The original warranty certificate (with dealer stamp and fully completed)
should be presented to the dealer at the same time, and with original bill of purchase. If the owner
has moved or the dealer is no longer available under the name of BERG Toys the name of the
nearest BERG Toys dealer will be provided upon request.
7. If warranty is refused, the owner will take care of all costs.
8. The warranty certificate is not transferable to other persons.
