8. Deviations from the regular processes

8.1 Mixing head only delivers one component

Cause: As a bottle or a canister was
completely emptied air has been sucked
in by the pump. This might also happen
when the minimum filling height falls
below approx. 2 cm.
Correction: Replace the emptied sil-
icone container and disassemble the

mixing head (see sequence of pictures)
from the machine. Then put an appro-
priate container underneath the convey-
ing hoses. Press the activation button
until silicone comes out of both hoses
equally. Reassemble the mixing head.
