Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening ele-
ments too tight to avoid damaging the
thread.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all power
tool models, in this case specific models
are not indicated in the illustration.
Additional handle (see fig. 1-2)

• Release additional handle 2 as shown on picture 1�
• Extract cap 19 and screw additional handle 2 into
the threaded opening�
• Insert cap 19 into the freed threaded opening�

Mount / dismount additional handle 2 as shown on
fig. 2.
Additional back handle (see fig. 3-4)
The additional back handle 4 facilitates performance
of works and improves the control over the tool�

• Release wing screw 18 (see fig. 3).
• Place additional back handle 4 in desired position
(additional back handle make have set in four posi-
tion)�
• Tighten wing screw 18�

Install additional back handle 4 in desired position as
shown on fig. 4.
Mounting / replacement of accessories (into gear
rim chuck) (see fig. 5)
With long-term use the drill bit may be-
come very warm; use gloves to remove
it.
• Release the cams grip with drill chuck key 9, then
rotate the quill of gear rim chuck 1 counter-clockwise
with your hand (see fig. 5) until the cams move apart
at the distance allowing an accessory to be mounted /
replaced�
• Mount / replace an accessory�
• Rotate the quill of gear rim chuck 1 clockwise with
your hand in order to lock the accessory mounted� Do
not allow the accessory to become distorted�
• Tighten the cams of gear rim chuck 1 with drill chuck
key 9 applying a similar torque to each of the three
openings on the side surface of the chuck�
Mounting / dismounting of the drill chuck (see
fig. 6-7)
• To mount the gear rim chuck 1, carry out the opera-
tions in consecutive stages as it is shown in figure 6.
• To dismount the gear rim chuck 1, carry out the
operations in consecutive stages as it is shown in fig-
ure 7�
Attention: keep in mind that in the pro-
cess of mounting / dismounting of the
drill chuck the screw 14 has a left-hand
thread.
Mounting / replacement of stirrer paddle (onto spin-
dle) (see fig. 8-9)

Before installing the assembled stirrer
paddle (rod 12 and stirrer paddle 13), it is
necessary to remove the gear rim chuck 1
(as described above).
• Screw the stirrer paddle 13 on the rod 12 and tighten
them with two wrenches 10 (22 mm) (see fig. 8).
• While holding the spindle 15 with wrench (19 mm),
screw the hex coupling nut 11 on the spindle 15 and
tighten it with wrench 10 (22 mm) (see fig. 9.1).
• While holding the hex coupling nut 11 with wrench 10
(22 mm) , screw the rod 12 (with the stirrer paddle 13 put
on it earlier) in, and tighten it with wrench 10 (22 mm) as
shown on fig. 9.2.
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Switching the power tool on / off

Short-term switching on / off
Rotation to the right ("F")
Press and hold the on / off switch 16 on the bottom
("F", see fig. 10.1), to switch off - release it.
Rotation to the left ("R")
Press and hold the on / off switch 16 on the top ("R",
see fig. 10.2), to switch off - release it.
Long-term switching on / off
Rotation to the right ("F")
Switching on:
Press the on / off switch 16 on the bottom and lock it
in the position with locking button for on / off switch 17
("F", see fig. 10.1).
Switching off:
Push on / off switch 16 and release it�
