FITTING 3 BALANCING SPRINGS
Remove the control board plastic box in a way to create space within the column.

2 - Loosen and remove the bottom screw securing the aluminium section of the limit-switch-group.

3 - Remove the bottom black plastic cap from the limit-switch-group.

4 - Unscrew the two ring nuts from the balancing-unit

5 - Remove the lower balancing-unit piece.

6 - Remove the two plastic washers from the central pipe, they are useful to install the central
balancing spring
Pic. 7-8 - Fix the two plastic washers at both ends of the central balancing spring

9 - Fit the central balancing spring into the central pipe.
Pic. 10 - Fit the other two balancing springs into the side pipes.
Pic. 11 - Fit the lower balancing-unit in a way that its two plastic elements touch the side springs.
Pic. 12 - Screw the first ring nut in a way that its side with the larger smooth surface touches lower
balancing-unit.
N.B.: SCREW THE RING NUT AS SHOWN IN THE TABLE ABOVE (TENSION H - Picture
4 Page 28).
Screw the second ring nut in away to block the first one.

Pic. 15 - Fit the bottom screw securing the aluminium section of the limit-switch-group.
Pic. 16 - Fasten tight.
Pic. 17 - Cut the top Nylon tie securing the balancing unit for transport.
Go ahead to assemble the arm following the indications provided in the "ARM ASSEMBLY" paragraph.
