The feelers have not re-entered, in this case they restrict the tanks which cannot be removed
and as a result the valves remain open.

Pull the lever on the handle several times in order to facilitate the unblocking. Otherwise
introduce a screwdriver or a piece of wood into the opening of the tank and press on the
rubber valve so that is pushes the feelers backwards.
