Intended use
Handy, portable band saw intended for one-man
operation, for universal application on timber yards and
construction sites. Thanks to the design with guide
plate and laterally offset handle, together with the
powerful motor, this saw is suitable for profiling of rafter
ends and similar jobs.
The range of applications and operation modes may be
extended by using the accessories listed in this
Operating Manual.
The user is solely liable for damage and accidents
caused by improper use of the product.
For safe work with this electric tool and prevention of
injury, it is imperative to follow all generally accepted
safety principles and regulations for prevention of
accidents, and read the enclosed "Safety instructions"
thoroughly.

Safety instructions
This electric tool may only be used, maintained and
repaired by the people who have received the
relevant instructions. These people must have
reached the minimum age legally required. For safe
work and familiarizing with all the remaining risks,
they must have read and understood this Operating
Manual.

For maximum safety of work with this electric
tool, read this Operating Manual carefully and
observe all the instructions given herein.
2.
Follow the safety instructions supplied
separately as a part of delivery with each
electric tool.
3.
The electric tools shall not be used in damp or
wet locations, outdoors in the presence of rain,
fog, snow, or if there is a risk of fire or
explosion.
4.
Check the power supply cord and plug before
each use of the electric tool. Have any defect
repaired by a professional service workshop.
5.
Remove plug from the mains before performing
any work on the electric tool.
6.
Only insert plug in the mains socket when the
electric tool is switched off by the mains switch.
7.
When working outdoors, use exclusively the
extension cords and cable connectors attested
for outdoor use.
8.
Never brake the saw band to a stop by applying
side pressure after switching off.
9.
Only use properly sharpened saw bands which
are suitable for the intended work.
10. The use of saw bands showing cracks or
deformations is strictly prohibited.
11. Alignment of saw bands shall not be carried out
while the electric tool is still running.
12. Never work without the wheel guards.
13. Damaged power supply cords must be replaced
immediately by a specialist.
14. Unauthorized use of this product anyway may
lead to a personal injury.
15. Repairs shall be carried out by the qualified
personnel only.
16. Use only the original spare parts.
17. Use safety glasses and ear protection.
