7. Press the "set" button again to select
the temperature. You can set the
temperature in 5 °C increments, from
35 to 70 °C, via the rotary switch.
8. Press the "start/stop" button to
confirm your selection and start the
drying process. The flashing heating
symbol indicates that Dora is heating
up. You will know the operating
temperature has been reached when
the heating symbol stops flashing.
9. Depending on the type of ingredient
and the duration of preparation, rotate
the trays regularly from top to bottom
during preparation in order to obtain a
consistent result across all ingredients.
