equipment certified as flameproof.
To maintain the ingress protection
of the flameproof loudspeaker
enclosure, we recommend the cable
entry device be IP66 certified.
For the flameproof loudspeaker
enclosure, cable entry devices
shall be equipment certified as
flameproof. To maintain the ingress
protection of the flameproof
loudspeaker enclosure we
recommend the cable entry device
be IP66 certified. For the increased
safety terminal enclosures (terminal
boxes), cable entry devices shall
be equipment certified as increased
safety and shall maintain an IP rating
of IP54.
Cable entry devices for the and
terminal enclosures shall be
equipment certified as dust
protected. To maintain the ingress
protection of the loudspeaker and
terminal enclosures the cable entry
devices shall be IP6X certified.
