prox. 100 °C.
WARNING! Too little water may result in the steam completely evap-
orating through the spout. It is thus imperative to observe a minimum
filling quantity of at least 350 ml of water for 40 minutes.
CAUTION: Mind the cooking degree. Even at the end of the steam
cooking programme, the heat retention programme will be automati-
cally activated for 20 minutes.
