Basin Heater Controller Setup:

To access the basin warmer controller use a #2 Phillips Head Screw Driver to remove the two screws
securing the controller cover to the IntraTemp main body (see Figure 4).

Plug the power cord into a power receptacle.
Turn on power switch.
The controller indicates the basin warmer current temperature of the basin in the upper display and the set-
point temperature in the lower display.
To change the temperature scale on all of the temperature displays perform the following step:
- Press the EZ1 button on the Watlow Controller to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
To adjust the basin warmer controller set-point between 37 and 43°C (98° - 110°F ):
- Use the appropriate UP
in Figure 3.
Visually check the Bottle Pocket Warmer Display to ensure that a temperature near room ambient is displayed
in the preferred temperature scale.
Turn off the power switch and remove the power plug from the wall receptacle.
Reattach the controller cover using a #2 Phillips Head Screw Driver and the two screws supplied with the unit.

Drain Tank Installation:

Remove packaging from the supplied Drain Tank.
Grasp the Drain Tank utilizing the furnished recess on the bottom of the tank, and place on the rails located
on the bottom of the IntraTemp Solution Warmer.
NOTE: Insert the drain tank with the intake notch side first as shown in Figure 6.
Insert the drain tank until it is fully seated; positioned under the warmer without overhang as shown in Figure 7.
