Operation

How to use
I = power on
0 = power off
off = stops rotisserie
on = runs rotisserie at the
speed set on rotisserie speed
knob
jog = moves rotisserie a
fraction of a turn each time
switch is pressed.
Turn knob to the desired
speed for the rotisserie. For
slower speeds, turn the knob
counterclockwise toward min.
For faster speeds, turn the
knob clockwise toward max.
During power up, displays
actual temperature of
incubator. If you press either of
the arrow keys, shows set
