Introduction
The Demco E96 high-speed grinder is a compact

precision grinder for use in dental laboratories.
1
It is used for grinding or cutting dental casts and
2
materials.
2
• The grinding body with mandrel is securely fasten-
2
ed in a collet.
2
• A lever system in the spindle is used to stop a
2
quick-stop coupling, open the collet and replace the
2
mandrel.
2
• The work area is illuminated by two high-intensity
2
bulbs.

• A tinted eye-protection shield in front of the work
3
area protects the operator from injury.
3
• The belt and pulleys are protected by a cover to
3
protect the operator from contact with them during
3
operation.
