Instructions for configuration
(k) Set MANUAL WATERING [VALVE ON]:
Press Key B to display the symbol
top right corner of the LCD. Under this situation, if a
MANUAL WATERING coincides with a programmed
watering, the programmed configurations will
not apply and the programmer will start watering
immediately. ATTENTION: In case a programmed
watering exists for a specific time and a manual
watering is in process, the programmer will disregard
the programmed watering and will continue with
the manual watering. The programmed watering will
take place next in turn according to the programme,
provided it does not coincide with manual watering.
ATTENTION: Manual watering can be programmed
any time, provided the programmer is not running
a programmed watering. In case a programmed
watering is on, press Key B to program a manual
watering, and the programmer will disregard the
last command (manual watering command) and will
continue with the previous programme command.
(l) Cancellation of PROGRAMMED WATERING or
MANUAL WATERING:
A PROGRAMMED WATERING or MANUAL WATERING
can be cancelled at any time, just the same way as
MANUAL WATERING can be programmed at any
time; specifically by pressing Key C. In this way, the
PROGRAMMED WATERING or MANUAL WATERING
will be cancelled and all programmed data will appear
on the home screen.
(m) Indication of low Battery charge :
A blinking icon
part, means the battery is running out. Then the
programmer blocks the valve, which will remain OFF.
Therefore, the battery must immediately be replaced
by a new one to prevent from deprogramming.
Only ALKALINE batteries shall be used!
D. NOTES:
1. An OFF symbol displayed on the LCD, means that
whatever has been programmed is of no value;
whether watering for that day (day with the rain drop
icon) has been programmed or not.
In order to set a value in any mode, keep Key B
pressed to increase the value or Key C to decrease
the same.
2. [START] setting will not be displayed on the
programmer screen in the following cases:
on the
to the bottom middle
• When the rain drop icon has not been
programmed for the current day of the week.
• When a specific watering time is programmed
(e.g.11:59hours) and the current programmer time
exceeds that time (e.g. 12:05hours). In this case,
as the start time has already passed, no matter if
the day is marked as a watering day (day with the
rain drop icon) or not, the screen will not display
the WATERING START TIME [START]. ATTENTION: If
the next day is marked as a watering day (day with
the rain drop icon), when the programmer goes to
the next day, the screen will INDEED DISPLAY THE
WATERING START TIME [START]. But, if the next
day is also marked as non-watering day, the screen
will not display the programmed WATERING START
TIME [START].
3. In order to know the value of the programmed
WATERING START TIME [START] when said value is
not display on the screen, press Key C once. In this
way, the programmed value will be displayed blinking
for 15 seconds.
4. In order to know the programmed value of a possible
MANUAL WATERING, press Key C once. Then, the
symbol
will be displayed on the top right corner
of the LCD and in step WATERING TIME [RUN TIME]
the PROGRAMMED WATERING time will appear for
MANUAL WATERING.
5. When the programmer runs a PROGRAMMED
WATERING, the symbol
blinking on the top right corner of the LCD and
the programmed value for [RUN TIME] will also
blink. Then, [RUN TIME] will start decreasing until it
reaches 00.
6. Indications on the LCD in those cases in which the
programmer has been programmed for watering at
a given time, with a given watering time and a given
intermittent cycle: Example:
[START] 12:05hours; [RUN TIME] 10min, and [MIST
CYCLE] 04min.;
When the programmer is watering, the symbol
appears on the top right corner of the LCD, and the
programmed [RUN TIME] 10min., will also blink.
Then, [RUN TIME] 10min will start decreasing until it
reaches 06min. When 06min is reached, the symbol
will disappear from the screen and [RUN TIME]
06min. will keep blinking. After a 10min lapse, the
symbol
will be displayed again blinking on the
top right corner of the LCD and the value 06min
10
will be displayed
