Clean the Stainless Steel Conveyor. Tighten all toaster attachment screws.
Check the temperature of the bun landing shelf.
• Pyrometer/Grill Probe
• All purpose cleaner (A.P.C.) (HCS)
• Flat bladed screwdriver
• Long nose pliers

Remove and clean both the release sheet and belt wraps as described in daily and weekly
maintenance. DO NOT reinstall these items.
2.
Disconnect the conveyor belt by squeezing any two links together and unhooking both ends
of the link (using a pliers may be helpful) and remove the link, then remove the conveyor belt.
3.
Thoroughly clean both front and back conveyors with all purpose cleaner.
4.
Rinse thoroughly in clear, clean water.
5.
Clean the entire interior area of the toaster with a clean sanitizing towel.
6.
Place the conveyor belt on the top sprockets and position properly. The hook end of the link
must be opposite the direction of conveyor travel.
7.
Wrap the conveyor belt around the lower sprockets and connect by hooking both ends of the
conveyor belt together. Using a long nose pliers may be helpful in this operation.
8.
Reinstall the red conveyor belt wrap and the black release sheet as described in weekly and
daily maintenance.
9.
Disconnnect power from toaster by unplugging power cord.
10. Remove both side covers of the toaster.
11. Tighten all screws in both compartments that fasten the side frame to the main frame.
12. Check setscrews on conveyor motor drive sprocket and idler sprocket for tightness.
13. Install both side covers.
14. Install bun chute.
15. Install front and back covers.
16. Reconnect power cord.
17. Turn toaster on.
18. Allow 20 - 30 minutes for toaster to warm up.
19. Check temperature of bun landing shelf with a pyrometer (and grill probe). It should be
between 160° - 200°F (71.1° - 93.3°C). If not, contact A. J. Antunes & Co. at 1-800-253-2991
or the Authorized Service Center.

• Two 8 ounce coffee cups/one lid

Toast 3 regular buns, crowns and heels.
2.
Immediately stuff the buns into a double-stacked 8 ounce coffee cup. Put lid on tightly.
3.
Wait 10 minutes.
4.
Insert needle probe several times through the lid into the cup. Record highest temperature
achieved. Should be between 150° - 165°F (65.6° - 73.9°C). If not, use troubleshooting guide
in Owner's Manual or contact A. J. Antunes & Co. at 1-800-253-2991 or the Authorized
Service Center.
