Timer
The stick blender is equipped with a timer function for monitoring the blending
time on the display.
Activating the timer: Turn the speed control clockwise towards "+" holding it
for 2–3 seconds. Whilst turning the speed control, the speed indicated on the
display will increase by one step; after releasing the speed control, the previ-
ously selected speed will be reactivated.
Deactivating the timer: Turn the speed control clockwise again towards "+",
holding it for 2–3 seconds. Whilst turning the speed control, the speed indi-
cated on the display will increase by one step; releasing the speed control
reactivates the previously selected speed.
Automatic timer deletion: When " 9:59 " is shown on the display (9 minutes and
59 seconds), the timer will be automatically reset to " 0:00 ".
Manual timer deletion: Turn the speed control counter-clockwise towards
"−", holding it for 2–3 seconds. The timer has been deleted and "0:00" will be
shown on the display. Whilst turning the speed control, the speed indicated on
the display will decrease by one step; releasing the speed control reactivates
the previously selected speed.

DANGER!
Always pull the mains plug when putting the stick blender aside.
NOTES:
After having pulled and reconnected the mains plug, the appliance is in stand-
ard mode; speed setting "1" will be shown on the display.
If 10 minutes pass without any action, the appliance will automatically enter
the power saving mode. The stick blender can be reactivated by pressing any
button.
