USING PIZZA OVEN PEPPO
1. Use the handles to raise the lid of the appliance.
2. Place the pizza or any other food to be baked on the baking stone and close the
appliance lid.
3. Make sure the ingredients do not get in touch with the upper or lower heating
element.
4. Keep the lid closed during the baking phase.
5. You can check the baking progress through the sight glass situated on the lid.
6. At the end of baking, the timer dial emits a sound to signal the end of baking
cycle.

Always use the handles to open the lid of the appliance. The oven surface
gets very hot during operation.
Frozen pizza bake for 5-7 minutes. It is recommended to take pizza out of freezer
20-30 minutes before putting it in the oven. Hand-made pizza bake for 6-8 minutes.
Anyhow, follow times indicated on the package or recipe.
USING PIZZA OVEN PEPPO WITH THE PAN
You can use the pan of your pizza oven as a conventional frying pan (with a lid) e.g.
to fry eggs and bacon, cook omelettes and frittata or to reheat baked goods.
1. Use the handles to raise the lid of the appliance.
2. Remove the baking stone.
3. Put the pan into the device.
4. Depending on your requirements, you can prepare your dishes with the lid open
or closed. Make sure to open it after 5 minutes at most, otherwise the pan-coa-
ting could be damaged. Keep the upper part open during the remaining cooking
time. Make sure that the handles of the pan are turned outside of the appliance
when the lid is closed. Be aware that the lid cannot be closed completely when
using the pan – this is normal and doesn't impair the oven's function.
5. Make sure that the ingredients do not get in touch with the upper or lower
heating elements.
6. At the end of baking, the timer dial emits a sound to signal the end of baking cycle.
