10.2 What if?
If your treatment is taking longer than normal,
check to see if there is medication left in the
chamber. To check the medication, follow these
steps:
1. Stand the I-neb on a flat surface.
2. Remove the mouthpiece and chamber lid.
3. Look inside the chamber to see if there is
medication left.
4. If medication is left in the chamber, put
the I-neb back together and continue with
your treatment.
5. If the medication chamber is dry, contact
patient support.
If your treatment is taking longer than normal
or there is a problem with the aerosol being
produced, the I-neb may need to be cleaned.
Follow the instructions for weekly wash,
step 31.
Check to make sure the valve in the
mouthpiece is not twisted. If the valve is
twisted, run the valve under running water to
correct the position (see step 33).

11 Lost disc
If you lose your disc, call the patient support
immediately to obtain a replacement disc.
