5.4.4 Modifying the intermediate positions
- Follow the procedure for setting the intermediate
positions (IP1 or IP2) to modify the intermediate
positions.
Caution! The awning must not be in the interme-
diate position (IP1 or IP2).
5.4.5 Deleting an intermediate position
1) Place the awning in the raised position.
2) Press the STOP/my button briefly to find the inter-
mediate position (IP1) to be deleted.
3) Press the STOP/my button until the awning
makes an up and down movement: intermediate
position (IP1) has been deleted.
4) Place the awning in the lowered position.
5) Press the STOP/my button briefly to find the inter-
mediate position (IP2) to be deleted.
6) Press the STOP/my button until the awning
makes an up and down movement: intermediate
position (IP2) has been deleted.

6. Using the awning

6.1 With an RTS control point

- Press the Up or Down button to move the awning.
- Briefly press the STOP/my button to stop the awning when it is moving.
- Press the STOP/my button briefly to find the set intermediate positions (IP1 or IP2).

6.2 With an Inis RT/Inis RTS control point

- Press the Inis RT/Inis RTS button to move the awning: Up/STOP/Down/STOP/Up ...
6.3 Awning fitted with RTS sensors
- The RTS Slim Receiver is compatible with Radio Technology Somfy RTS sensors
(wind, sun etc.).
- Refer to the sensor guide for information on sensor operation.

7. Tips and recommendations

7.1 Problems with the RTS Slim Receiver?

Problems
The awning is lowered
when the Up button is
pressed.
The awning does not react
when a button on the
control point is pressed.
Nothing operates

Possible causes
The direction of rotation has not been
checked.
There was a power outage before
setting the direction of rotation.
The control point has not been
programmed into the RTS Slim
Receiver.
The batteries in the control point are
weak.
Radio interference prevents the opera-
tion of the RTS control point and RTS
Slim Receiver.
The control point used is not compati-
ble with the RTS Slim Receiver.
The motor is out of order or faulty.
The power supply is faulty.

Solutions
Modify the direction of rotation by
restoring the RTS Slim Receiver
factory settings.
Restore the RTS Slim Receiver factory
settings.
Follow the procedure for adding an
RTS control point.
Replace the batteries.
Turn off any radio equipment nearby.
Ensure the two products are
compatible.
Test the motor.
Check the power supply.
