Open the 'Remote Access' sub-menu and the 'Disable' option there, in

the 'Answer Machine' menu, and confirm with MENU.
A remote enquiry will not now be possible.
Playing back messages from a different
telephone extension
Proceed as follows to listen to the answerphone from a different
telephone:
Dial the telephone number of your extension.

Press the Star key * on the telephone when your answerphone has

switched on. You will hear the 'Please enter your remote enquiry code'
announcement.
Enter your remote enquiry PIN now with the keypad.

You will be able to make one correction if you have made a typing error.

The connection will be terminated after that.
If you have new messages, you will hear the announcement "You have X
new messages" ("X" stands for the number). If you do not have any new
messages, you will hear the announcement "You have no new messages".
The additional options that you will be able to activate with the number
keys will also be specified:
