MOUNTING ON ISOCLAIR CYLINDER Ø 8 to 63:
1 - Loosen the collar screw and the screw/profi led nut fastener
on the detector.
2 - Place the detector in its mounting position onto the collar.
3 - Hold the detector in place as you tighten the screw (use the
original collar screw and a FACOM screwdriver AEFP .0 x 35).
4 - Open the collar.
5 - Place the detector + collar unit around the barrel.
6 - Position the detector + collar unit at the desired point of
detection.
7- Tighten the unit on the cylinder.
It is possible to mount additional magnetic detectors for interme-
diate position indication.

On all diameters, it is possible to mount the detector with its
electrical outlet facing towards the cylinder barrel.

In order to fasten the detector on cylinder diameters 25 to 63

with its electrical outlet facing towards the cylinder ends, rotate
the detector + collar unit by 180°.

MOUNTING ON PES CYLINDER WITH PROFILED BARREL Ø 32 to 125:
1 - Put the detector in place, on the mounting kit
2 - Introduce the screw into the detector and tighten the unit.
3 - Place the unit on one of the bosses and position it at the
desired point of detection.
4 - Make sure that the detector is in contact with the barrel and
tighten the unit on the cylinder (use a 2 mm hexagon wrench)
It is possible to mount additional magnetic detectors

for intermediate position indication.
In order to fasten the detector with its electric outlet to the rear,

mount the detector + the mounting bracket.

The detectors can be mounted on any one of the 4 bosses.
