OWNER´S MANUAL
Before using your new helmet read carefully
the instructions below.
1. This helmet was tested and homologated
according to European Norm EN1078 -
"Helmets for pedal cyclists and for users of
skateboards and roller skates. "
2. This helmet was designed for the uses
mentioned above. It must not be used in
motor sports, to ride motorbikes or any
other kind of utilization;
3. It is strictly prohibited to remove/
modify any components that are part
of this product. Such practice, besides
representing a serious risk to the integrity
of the user, will result in the nullity of all
guarantees given by Polisport;
4. Some models of Polisport's helmets
are supplied with a movable visor. The
application of this visor to the EPS cap of the
helmet does not influence the absorption
capacity of the helmet. The visor itself does
not provide any kind of protection;
5. Any helmet submitted to an impact must
be destroyed and replacedeven if it does
not show any visible damages - seen
that it's absorption capacity might be

be substituted at the end of three years
(counting from the date of production) or
when they do not fit any longer;
6. Seen that this helmet is made of

be penetrated by pointy objects;

all possible accidents (including those
involving bicycle collisions with motor

cervical or backbone injuries, or any other
physical injuries resulting from an accident;
8. The helmets must not be used by children
when playing in order to avoid the risk of
strangling;

HELMET FITTING
HELMET SELECTION
The helmet protects only if properly
adjusted to the users' head. Select the right
helmet by trying on several sizes and choose
the size that appears most comfortable and
secure according to your morphology.
ADJUSTING THE RETENTION SYSTEM (A, B, C)
Start by putting the helmet on your head in
such a way that the anterior and posterior
parts of the helmet are at the same level
and parallel to the floor. When the helmet
is fitted perpendicularly to your head, the
anterior and posterior belts must be at
the same level (check level of the passers -
situated immediately under your ears).
If the belts are not at the same level, they
may be adjusted by pulling them through
the posterior side of the helmet. To adjust the
length of the belts, slide the belt that needs to
be adjusted, up or down, until it reaches the
correct position. Any looseness of the belt
must be eliminated using the buckle.
ATTENTION
1. The belts must not
cover your ears;
2. The buckle must be
away from the shin
bone;
3. The extremities of the belt must be
fastened to the rubber rings;
To see if the belts are correctly adjusted, try
to remove the helmet from the front and
from the back of the head. If it slides to the
front, fasten the posterior belts. If it slides to
the back then fasten the interior belts.
REGULATION OF THE HEAD SIZE OF THE
HELMET (IF APPLICABLE) (D, E)
Adjust the interior diameter of your helmet
using the regulation available in your
helmet. Start by opening the regulation
system, put the helmet on your head and
close the system, adjusting it.
To verify if the regulation system is correctly
adjusted, shake your head slightly with
the retention system opened - the helmet
should not fall from your head.
