Start-up

· Before starting the appliance, always check the lubricating condition of the blade set. Oil the blade set, if and when necessary.
· Only connect the appliance to the socket while it is switched off.
· Connect the mains plug to the socket and switch on the appliance. The appliance has two speed settings.

· Should the cutting process be interrupted, always switch off the appliance.
· After using the appliance, switch it off and remove the mains plug.

Cutting with the attachment comb
The appliance can also be operated with attachment combs. Attachment combs can be used to extend the cutting length range.
