OPERATION
N O T E
Even when using a power supply unit: If
you are going to be absent for a pro-
longed period, insert new batteries to en-
sure that the food is reliably dispensed
(even if there is a power cut).
•
The uniformity of the food rations is strongly
dependent on the type of food. OASE recom-
mends using food in the form of crisps or pel-
lets. Flakes should be broken into smaller bits
if necessary.
•
When filling the food container ensure that
the guide pin in the housing is not soiled.
Probable cause
Insufficient power supply
•
Occasionally check that the food container is
correctly moved out and that the food is dis-
pensed as intended.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

• Do not use rechargeable batteries.
• Reprogram the unit after changing the
batteries.
• Remove the batteries if the unit is not
used for a prolonged period.
Wipe the unit on the outside with a damp cloth
and allow to dry.
Ensure that the slide pin in the housing is not
soiled.
Remedy
clean the pushing out mecha-
nism with a dry cloth. Insert the
container again.
