Troubleshooting

The following information addresses some potential issues you may
encounter with the Field Hub™:
Issue
Field Hub does
not power up
(power indicator
not lit)
DGPS receiver
not receiving
RTK corrections
No signal

Solution
• Verify 4-pin power cable is connected to Field
Hub.
• Check cable for crimping, fraying or breakage.
• Check fuses. Replace as needed.
• Check with your DGPS receiver dealer or
manufacturer and verify the receiver has been
unlocked or is compatible with RTK corrections.
• Contact your local Slingshot dealer for
availability or obtain a subscription.
• Some CORS networks will not forward
correction messages until a GPS location is
received. Ensure the GPS patch antenna is
connected and the GPS LED is on.
• Verify the cellular antennas are connected to
the 'Antenna' and 'Diversity' ports on the back
of the Field Hub.
• Check antenna cables for crimping, fraying or
breakage.
• Remove the antenna currently connected to the
Field Hub and replace with the supplied
antenna or a suitable replacement cellular
antenna.
• Check with your service provider for area
coverage. Coverage may vary depending upon
usage and peak hours.
