Warranty

Your DIGICAT underground service
locator is guaranteed against defects
in materials and workmanship under
normal use and service for a period of
12 months provided the DIGICAT
locator has been used and cared for
as stated in this User Manual. Any
evidence of an attempt to repair the
DIGICAT locator by other than factory
authorised personnel using Laser
Alignment certified replacement part
will automatically void the warranty.
Warranty
Laser Alignment's liability under this
warranty is limited to repairing or
replacing any product returned to a
factory authorised service centre for
that purpose. The foregoing states the
entire liability of Laser Alignment, Inc
in connection with the DIGICAT loca-
tor, and they shall not be held respon-
sible for any consequential damage of
any kind. The foregoing is in lieu of all
other warranties expressed or implied.
