CAS2B - CAS3
PROBLEM
Following a remote control or key
selector command the door does not
open or the motor does not start.
It does not open on command from
remote control but opens with key
selector command.
On command the flashing light flashes
slowly with a weak light.
The door starts then stops
On command the motor starts but the
door does not move
N.B. - If the problem persists, contact the vendor or the nearest service centre.

PROBABLE CAUSE
No 230 volt mains power supply
Emergency STOP present
Burnt-out fuse
Motor power cable not connected or
defective.
There is an obstacle between the
photocells or it does not function.
The remote control has not been
memorised or the battery is flat.
2A fuse burnt out
Insufficient motor force
There is an obstruction in front of the
door, the guides are blocked or one (or
more) of the motor fixing brackets has
come off
Incorrect connection
SOLUTION
Check the master switch
Check any pushbutton panels or STP
controls.
If not used check jumper on STP contact
input
Replace with one of the same size.
Connect the cable in the specific
terminal or replace it.
Check the photocell connection (first
remove any obstacle).
Replace the battery with a new one.
Perform the acknowledgement of the
remote control on the radio receiver
Replace with one of the same value
Adjust the value with the FORCE
trimmer on the control unit
Remove the obstacle from the door,
reset the hinges, replace or lubricate
them.
Fix the motor bracket
Interchange the polarity of the cables of
the motor affected
