The alarm indicator is flashing and the alarm buzzer is sounding.
The energizer has detected a sudden increase in the load on the fence.
This may occur:
if a cutout switch is closed, connecting a heavily loaded section of the fence to the

energizer.
if a branch falls on the fence.

if the fence or lead out cable connecting the energizer to it experiences a sudden

short to the ground.
if an animal or person becomes entangled in the fence.

Switch the energizer off, locate and remedy the fault then turn the energizer on again.
The energizer is switching to standby mode unexpectedly.
A neighbour's remote control may be affecting your energizer?
Change your energizer's address setting using the remote control (see the remote
control user's manual).
