As the supplied batteries are for test only, they may discharge earlier than batteries you buy in stores. Replace the batteries in pairs. Proper Posture During Measurement 1. Place your elbow on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart as shown in Figure A. Note: Your heart is located slightly below your armpit and a bit to the left of the middle of your chest. -

Taking a Measurement 1. Press the “User Selection” button to select Memory Zone 1 or Memory Zone 2. The measurement that you take will automatically be stored in the Zone selected. 2. Place the cuff on the wrist. Press the “ON/OFF/START” button . -
