The hydraulic unit can be installed in 3 different positions.

8.2

Filling with hydraulic oil

The hydraulic unit is shipped without hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil (approx. 5 liters) is filled into the tank
before the power unit is switched on for the first time. In order to fill the hydraulic unit with oil, the oil-filler
plug with vent filter (red) must be removed. The oil-filler plug with vent filter (red) must not be replaced with
a blanking plug. Do not fill the tank beyond the top edge of the sight glass!

Electrical connection

The hydraulic unit (152962) is connected to the IEC power cable (9) by means of the extension cord. The
power unit is switched on with the green pushbutton and off with the red pushbutton.
The hydraulic unit (8065049) is connected by means of the mains plug (21). The on switch is the black
pushbutton on the switch-on box. The off switch is a red mushroom actuator. After switching the hydraulic
unit off, the mushroom actuator must be turned in order to unlock it before the hydraulic unit can be
switched back on again.
