PROBLEM

SOLUTION
To secure the battery pack, make sure
the latches on the top of the battery pack
snap into place.
Charge the battery pack according to the
instructions included with your model.
Call for technical service.

Remove battery. remove spool cover and
spool. unwind spool and rewind, ensuring
that line is not tangled.
Replace spool or spool line.
