Dough function
• Dough function operation is similar to the bread making function, with the difference
that no salt, sugar or milk powder needs to be added. When the programme is
finished, it will beep 12 times.
Baking function
This function can be used to bake bread dough, the working time is 60 minutes. The
following operation is:
1. Insert the bread pan into the bread maker.
2. Place the dough in the bread pan, then close the lid.
3. Press the MENU button, view the LCD display, use the rotary button to choose the
12th programme. Then press the TIMER button and use the rotary button to set the
baking time.
4. Press the START/PAUSE/STOP button, the baking function is activated.
5. Once the set baking time has elapsed, the LCD display shows „0:00" and the
bread maker beeps 10 times. The appliance will then automatically go to the warm
mode, unless you press the START/PAUSE/STOP button to turn the appliance off
completely. When the warm mode is finished, the appliance will beep 10 times
again.
6. If the bread is ready before the end of the baking time, press the START/PAUSE/
STOP button to cancel the baking function. The appliance will automatically go
back to the defaulted status.
Note: The dough should be evenly distributed in the bread pan so that the bread can
be baked evenly. If you don't succeed immediately the first time, don't give up ‑ the next
time will be better.
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
Power failure memory
• The appliance has a power failure memory for 10 minutes. If the power plug of the
appliance is unplugged or the power fails and the appliance is turned on again
within 10 minutes, the last operating status can be recovered. The operating time is
then:
Actual working time = switch-off time + preset time.
• If the appliance is not switched on again within 10 minutes, it returns to its original
operating state after the appliance has been turned off and recovered.
