Oven switched off (ON/OFF)
• When the oven is off all displays are switched off except
for the decimal point of the display timer that signals the
presence of electricity. All fields and the alarms are off.
First switch on
• Recipes and parameters are initialised the first time the
oven is turned on. The displays show the following
message:
"dEF ProGr" e "dEF PAr"
Oven switched on
• When the oven is switched on the displays show the
following message for 2 seconds:
"VEG/OCP/03/-2"
During this time all parameters and programs are checked.
Therefore, the oven goes on functioning in the same mode
as before it was switched off.
All the displays and the keys are activated and moreover
the oven control is validated. The displays show, in the order,
the temperature of the chamber probe, the baking time of
phase 1, the steam percentage and the code number of the
programme in operation.
In the event in which the product probe is validated in
phase 1 the relating led is switched on.
The light is switched on.
• In the event in which the product probe is activated for at
least one of the operational programme phases, by pressing
the key PROBE the value of the product probe is visualized
on the temperature display with led flashing for 8 seconds.
• If the installing parameter "Son Pro" assumes "no" as value,
the key will be disconnected.
• During the oven pre-heating phase up to the reaching of the
preset temperature the buzzer is activated at an
intermittence, if the installing parameter "BUZZER" assumes
the value of "SI"; the acoustic signalling will automatically
cease at the opening of the door, or by pressing one of the
operational keys (ON/OFF, START/STOP, P, PROBE).
• By pressing the key ON/OFF the machine is switched off.
At the first pressure on the key START/STOP the baking is
activated, by pressing once again it halts.
Program number selection
(Outside the cooking cycle)
• By pressing the key P the code number of the programme
selected appears on the display (MA, 00, 01, 02, 03, ...,
20) flashing. By means of the buttons + and – the selection

can be modified and by pushing the button P again the
selection is fixed. Normal functioning mode is restored by
pressing once again the P button; the cooking cycle of the
just selected program starts by pressing the START/STOP
button.
By selecting MA the manual modality, which is described
further on, is activated.
Phases Visualization and selected programme
• During the selection of the programme code number, the
set values of phase 1 are visualized on the display,
evidenced by the related display, by pressing the key.
it is possible to visualize in sequence the values of the
various phases. In the case where the product probe is
activated for the operational phase, the relative Led is
switched on and by pressing the key:
the value of the set-point with flashing led is visualized up
to the subsequent pressure of the key PROBE.
Pressing the key
you go back to the selection of the programme code
number while by pressing the key START/STOP the baking
cycle of the working programme is started up.
PROGRAMMING
Pressing the key
for 3 seconds in the oven switched on phase, if the
installing parameter "CHI AVE" assumes the "SI", value,
the displays visualize the screen for the password
