return to the normal working modality. If the installing
parameter "CHI AVE" assumes the "no", pressing the key
for 3 seconds we pass on directly to the setting out of the
recipes.
RECIPE INSERTION
• The lower display visualizes the selected programme (00,
01,02, ..., 20) flashing, which can be modified by pressing
the keys + and - . On the phase display "1" appears, which
indicates that the visualized data refer to this one. To set
up the temperature, press the related key. The display will
flash to indicate that the data can be modified with the
keys + and -; and the same procedure is to be followed for
the baking time and the steam percentage.
• To set up the data of the second (and the third) phase,
press the key
the related display flashes, the phase is selected with +
and - and so on. Pressing the key
for 3 seconds or in automatic 15 seconds after the last
pressure on a key, the machine returns to its normal
functioning with the new programmes set up.
Activation or deactivation of the product probe
• In the event in which the product probe is activated, the
related led is switched on otherwise it is switched off.
The activation of the product probe for the working phase
can be effected by the user outside the baking cycle, during
the setting up of the set-point "temperature" pressing the
key
only if the installing parameter "Son Pro" assumes "SI" as
value.
In the event in which the parameter assumes "no" as value,
the key PROBE is deactivated for all the recipes.
Steam mode
• The steam is emitted cyclically, with a cycle of 60" or
100", with reference to the "percentage" selected by the
user, for every phase of the baking cycle.

BAKING CYCLE
• The button START/STOP allows starting or stopping the
cooking cycle. During the cycle execution the decimal point
of the timer display flashes for a period of 0,5". During the
baking cycle the display visualizes the temperature of the
chamber probe. If the product probe is activated, every one
minute the temperature of the product probe is visualized
for 8 seconds. The timer display visualizes the remaining
phase time by the flashing point. The humidification display
visualizes the steam output percentage. The phase display
visualizes the active one. Also the programme display
visualizes the chosen one. In case the product core sensor
is activated for at least one of the phases of the program
in operation, by pressing the PROBE button the value of
the product core sensor appears on the left display for 8
seconds by means of the corresponding blinking led. If
the active phase is started without the product core sensor,
the phase lasts for a fixed time and its duration count-
down appears on the timer display.
If the active phase is started with the product core sensor,
the cycle lasts for an unfixed period of time and the end of
the phase starts when the product core sensor reaches
the set value. The led relating to the product probe is
switched on. In this case, the increasing time elapsed is
visualized on the timer display. In the event of an alarm
release as a result of the breakdown of the product probe,
after having pressed the key START/STOP, the phase
restarts as if for a determinate period of time with a timer
which assumes the value of the baking time set up
subtracting the time elapsed.
At the end of each phase, if the product core sensor tempe-
rature has reached the corresponding set value, the value
at the core sensor blinks for 20 seconds on the left display
together with the corresponding LED; instead, if there is no
product core sensor, the phase duration value blinks for 20
seconds on the central display. At the end of the cycle there
will be a blinking and the buzzer will be buzzing.
To stop the signal before 20" have elapsed, press STOP.
• For electric oven (parameter rEL nr6 = SP), the door
unblock relay is activated for 2 seconds at the end of the
cycle.
Visualization SET working Phase
• During the execution of the baking cycle, by pressing the various
keys under the displays, all the set values can be visualized.

MANUAL OPERATION

• Selecting the special programme MA we pass on to the
manual operation. The displays visualize, in order, the tem-
perature of the chamber, the baking time, the steam
percentage and the message "MA". This operational
modality provides for a single baking phase, which is
programmable in an analogous manner for the true recipes'
phases, but without the password.
• The possible temperature set-point of the product probe
(if validated with the key PROBE), and the baking time.
By pressing again P we return to the normal working.
