JAM'ALERT

EN
The JAM'ALERT function detects jamming attempts of your installation on all protocols operating on
the 433 and 868 Mhz frequency bands (Z-wave, Enocean, X10, X2D, RTS, proprietary protocols,
etc.). The RFP1000 driver is used to set an alert threshold that will be used by your home automation
system* to notify a jamming attempt.
This feature is an excellent complement to existing surveillance, alarm or home automation systems
that do not have jamming detection. It is available from version 1.25 of the firmware and 1.6 of the
configuration software.
The selected parameter (between 0 and 10) adjusts the jamming sensitivity. Level 0 cancels the
detection. A level of 1 is extremely sensitive but will probably cause alerts called «false positives».
A level of 10 is much less sensitive of course, but is almost guaranteed not to cause false positives.
Note that a threshold above 5 requires simultaneous jamming on the 433Mhz and 868Mhz. We
recommend a value between 7 and 10.
* The JAM'ALERT function is only accessible with Smarthome hubs compatible with the RFP1000.
Ask your installer or the manufacturer of your smart home hub.
