Intended use
When used for its intended purpose, this device corresponds to the state of the art for this type
of device and complies with the safety requirements in force at the time of its manufacture.
The appliance is intended for pumping clean, fresh water from springs, wells, and other
reservoirs, or for the operation of watering appliances and systems.
It must not be used for the drinking water or foodstuffs.
Explosive, flammable, aggressive or health-hazardous substances and faecal matter must not
be pumped.
The appliance is not suitable for commercial or industrial use.
The appliance is not suitable for continuous running (e. g. permanent circulation in filter
systems). It is also not suitable for use with liquids containing abrasive materials (e. g. sand)
or mixtures of dirt, sand, mud or clay.
The appliance is not used for swimming pools and paddling pools.
Any other type of use is inappropriate. Improper use or modifications to the device or the use
of components that have not been tested and approved by the manufacturer may result in
unforeseen damage!
Any use that deviates from its intended use and is not mentioned in these instructions shall
be considered improper use and shall exempt the manufacturer from from all legal liability.
