Intended Use
The bathroom scales is designed for the weighing of people in the home. It is not
suitable for use in clinics, medical practices, etc.
Likewise, the body analysis function is designed only for private use. The scales are not
suitable for use in the professional sporting sphere.
The maximum carrying capacity of 180 kg must not be exceeded.
Do not use these scales if you ...
... are pregnant,
... have a cardiac pacemaker,
... are a dialysis patient,
... suffer from oedema,
... have implants, e.g. artificial limbs, metal plates, etc.
If in doubt, consult your GP.
Safety
These scales can be used by children 8 years of age and above,
as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capacities or lacking experience and knowledge, if they are
supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the scales
and understand the dangers that may arise.
Children must not play with the scales.
Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by
children, unless they are 8 years of age or older and are being
supervised.
Batteries, when swallowed, can be life-threatening. For this
reason, the scales and battery should be kept in a place out of
reach of children. If a battery is swallowed, medical assistance
must be sought immediately.
DANGER for children
Keep children away from packaging material. Risk of choking if swallowed. Also
beware that children do not pull the packaging material over their heads.
