The R-080110 is a practical furnace especially designed to work with zirconium in the field of dental
prosthesis. The unit features a control panel to program a sequence of different temperatures and times
according to the user's needs.
INSTALLATION
Carefully unpack the furnace. Inside the package you will find:
- 1 crucible plate.
- 1 isolation block.
- Pliers.
Check out that the muffle that covers the inside of the furnace has not been damaged during transport.
▪ Installing the resistors:
1. Disconnect the power cord of the furnace from the power source.
2. Unscrew the 4 bolts in the top panel of the furnace and remove it (Fig. 1).
3. Insert the resistors into the slots (Fig. 2) together with the ceramic insulators (Fig. 3).
4. Adjust the distance to the lower part of the. Fix the height of each resistor by tightening the bolt of the
clamp (Fig. 5)
5. Connect the terminals of the 4 resistors in series, as in Fig. 5.
6. Make sure that the resistors and the electric connectors are properly tightened.
