CLEANING
clean with a soft wet cloth, without any product containing solvents, ethyl alcohol, ammonia and abrasive materials.
the powder varnished metallic parts can be cleaned with a soft cloth, after dampening it with a solution of water
and neutral soap. the clean parts must be dried as soon as possible, with a soft cloth, in order to avoid that the
shiny parts lose their brilliance, due to the oxidation of the metallic parts.
MAINTENANCE
regular inspection and maintenance of your staircase will guarantee good functioning and good efficiency over time.
you can solve any problems that may occur in daily use yourselves without having to call customer service, that
way saving time and extra costs. for example, about 12 months after installation, check the screws of the various
components which may need tightening.
