Problem
Water does not become
clear.
UVC lamp indicator is
not on
There is no water
coming from the pond
inlet.
Possible cause
The device has not been in
operation for long enough.
The pump capacity is insufficient
The water is very dirty..
The fish are too big or there are
too many fish.
The filter sponge or the quartz
tube are dirty.
The power plug and the UVC filter
are not connected.
Defective UVC lamp.
Faulty electrical connection.
The UV light bulb is defective.
The protective tube is not inserted.
The UVC filter has overheated.
The function switch is set to 'clean' .
The power plug of the pump is not
plugged in.
The pond inlet is blocked.
Steps to resolution
The full effectiveness of biological
purification will only be achieved
after a few weeks of operation.
Adjust the pump capacity.
Remove algae and leaves from the
pond, change the water.
Guideline: approx 1 kg fish to every
1000 m of pond watter.

Take out the UVC filter. Clean the
quartz tube.
Connect the power plug and the
UVC filter.
Replace the UVC lamp.
Check the electrical connections.
Replace the UV light bulb.
Swap out the UV lamp.
After it cools off, the UV filter will
start again.
Set the function switch to 'filter' .
Connect the power plug to a power
supply.
Clean the pond inlet.
