TEST PUMP OPERATION BY POURING WATER INTO EVAPORATOR DRAIN PAN.
CHECK FOR LEAKS ON INLET AND OUTLET SIDE OF PUMP. CHECK FOR EXCESSIVE
NOISE OR VIBRATION. DO NOT LEAVE SITE BEFORE ENTIRE CONDENSATE DRAIN
INSTALLATION IS THOROUGHLY TESTED FOR CORRECT AND CONSISTENT OPERATION.
Installation - Lineset:

Lead lineset and power/control wires from evaporator through space provided in
elbow into lineset cover bottom and up into ceiling. Check that breather tube from
pump is channeled up inside lineset cover.

Lineset Cover - A:
Fit both
couplers back into position in elbow
then clip both lengths of lineset
cover top and the elbow front into
position.
For the ML Series only

Remove backing paper from ceiling
plate and fit this onto vertical
lineset cover to frame point where
it meets ceiling.
Servicing:
• This Pump, like all mechanical equipment, requires periodic and regular maintenance.
• Reservoir and filter should be removed and cleaned with anti-bacterial solution, and all
tubing should be checked for leaks at maximum 3 month intervals during cooling season.
• Magnet on float must always face up.

Clip both
lengths of lineset cover top into
position then clip elbow front
into position.
For the MLS & MAXLS Series only
11 Remove backing paper from
evaporator flashing (available
later in 2006) and fit onto lineset
cover to flash off joint between
lineset cover and evaporator.
