OPERATING INCIDENTS
The central unit does not start
1. Start by pressing the
ON button
- Ensure you have correctly replaced the tank (for removable tank
models) The maintenance LED (extreme right-hand side of the
control dial) flashes in red and green if the tank is badly positioned.
- Ensure that you do not have a mains power fault
- Check the circuit breaker and the fuses on the subscriber's
switchboard
YES
- Check the electrical socket
- Have you had a thunderstorm recently?
2. - Disconnect the central
unit from the mains net-
work and connect the
hose to the central unit
NO
- Start the central unit by
shaking the hose
YES
There are blockages in the centralised
vacuum cleaning network
- Check that the ducts are not blocked off
Carry out a network test, with all the vacuum inlets closed,
push the "Test" button on the unit for 3 seconds.
Green = network OK / Orange = network OK,
low leakages detected / Red = leak
=> Check the ducts then carry out a new test.
NO
There are blockages in the central unit
- Check that the hose or the accessory used is not
blocked off
- Check that the air inlet to the central unit is not
blocked off
There are leaks in the network
AND / OR
- Check that the vacuum inlets not
in use are well and truly closed
Carry out a duct network test:

OPERATING INCIDENTS
The central unit stops all by itself
The central unit stops by itself without the user's desire to do so.
- Ensure that all the vacuum inlets and the skirting board dust pan are closed, then carry out
a duct network test by pressing the "Test" button on the central unit for 3 seconds.
• Green indicator light = vacuum cleaning network OK
• Orange indicator light = network OK, low leakages detected
• Red indicator light = leak => Check the network, then re-run a test
- Start the centralised vacuum
cleaning unit.

There are blockages in the ductwork or in
the accessories
- Check that the handle and the hose are not
blocked off
- Check that the ductwork is not blocked off
(carry out tests by connecting up to several
different network vacuum inlets)
The central unit operates correctly.
Incident inside the central unit
- Check that the filter bag
is not full
- Check the electrical
connections
- Check that there is no 'plug'
or blockage in the central unit
