GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

1. GENERAL ASPECTS

1.1 In accordance with these precepts, the seller guarantees that the product GRE corresponding to
this warranty ("the product") shows no non-conformities at the time of delivery.
1.2 The guarantee period for the product is two (2) years counting from when it is delivered to the
purchaser.
1.3 If a product non-conformity should occur and the buyer notifies the seller during the guarantee
period, the seller must repair or replace the product at its expense wherever is considered appropria-
te, unless this is impossible or disproportionate.
1.4 When the product cannot be replaced or repaired, the buyer may request a proportional price
reduction, or if the non-conformity is sufficiently significant, the cancellation of the contract of sale.
1.5 The parts replaced by virtue of this warranty will not extend the original guarantee period of the
product, although these parts will have their own guarantee.
1.6 In order to take advantage of this guarantee, the buyer must accredit the date of the purchase
and delivery of the product.
1.7 When over six months have passed since the delivery of the product to the buyer and the latter
alleges its non-conformity, the buyer must accredit the origin and the existence of the alleged defect.
1.8 This Guarantee Certificate does not affect imperative national consumer rights.
2. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
2.1 This guarantee covers the products referred to in this manual.
2.2 The Guarantee Certificate will only be valid in European Union countries.
2.3 In order to take advantage of this guarantee, the buyer must follow strictly the manufacturer's
indications included in the documentation accompanying the product, when this is applicable accor-
ding to the range and model of the product.
2.4 When a calendar is specified for the replacement, maintenance, or cleaning of certain product
components, the guarantee will only be valid when this calendar has been correctly followed.
3. LIMITATIONS
3.1 This guarantee will only be applicable in the case of consumer sales. A "consumer" is understo-
od to be a person purchasing the product for non-professional purposes.
3.2 No guarantee will be granted regarding wear and tear of the product from normal use. In relation
to perishable or consumable parts, components and/or materials that set down in the documenta-
tion accompanying the product, will be applicable if the occasion arises.
3.3 The guarantee is invalid in those cases in which the product: (I) has been ill-treated; (II) has been
repaired, maintained, or handled by an unauthorised person; or (III) has been repaired or maintained
with non-original parts.
When the non-conformity of the product is the consequence of incorrect installation or putting into
operation, this guarantee will only cover this eventuality when the said installation or putting into ope-
ration is included in the contract of sale of the product and has been carried out by the seller or under
its responsibility.
