3KW ELECTRICAL HEAT EXCHANGER
At the inlet and outlet the exchanger has two NPT hose connections. The hose it is con-
nected to must have an inner diameter of 38 mm.
NOTE: The appliance has holes so that it can be affixed to the wall or the floor. The
appliance must be installed where rain cannot fall on it and not out in the open.

Electrical wiring

VERY IMPORTANT
A 0.03.A Differential Switch and line fuses suitable for each power
category must be installed before the power supply of the exchanger.
A cable according to standard H07 RNF with sections suitable for each power category in
accordance with standard DIN VDE 0100 will be needed for the mains supply.
Take note of standard NF C15-100 which refers to "the construction of electrical installa-
tions in both outdoor and indoor swimming pools", or similar regulations in force in each
area or country.
It specifies that any electrical appliance located less than 3.5 m from the swimming pool
and freely accessible must be fed by a very low voltage (12 V). Any appliance fed by 220
V must be at least 3.5 m from the edge of the swimming pool. Permission must be reques-
ted from the manufacturer for any modification to one or more elements of the exchanger
(see Figure 1).
