- The electrical installation must be carried out by professional personnel qualified in this
speciality.
- If the swimming pool is being used the appliance must be switched off.
- NEVER touch the exchanger with wet hands or with any other part of the body if you are
wet.
- If you are going to handle the exchanger, UNPLUG it from its socket.
- Make sure that the ground is dry before touching the electrical equipment.
- Do not place the exchanger where it may get wet as this could cause electrocution.
- Do not allow either adults or children to touch, lean on, or sit on the appliance.
Putting into operation
After effecting the hydraulic and electrical connection, to operate the appliance for the first
time proceed as follows:
- Turn the exchanger thermostat to minimum.
- Start up the hydraulic circuit pump and make sure that there is no air in the installation.
- Make sure there is a constant flow of water in the electrical exchanger.
- Operate the differential switch.
- Set the exchanger thermostat at the desired water temperature, but only if water is flo-
wing through the electrical exchanger.
Hydraulic connections
Install it below the water level or under the suction nozzles or skimmers. Make sure
that the exchanger is always flooded with water.
At the inlet and outlet the exchanger has two NPT hose connections. The hose it is con-
nected to must have an inner diameter of 38 mm.
