Having issues with your earbuds? Try working through the steps below.
1. Make sure your earbuds are charged.
2. Turn off Bluetooth
®
on your device.
3. Press and hold power button on your earbuds for 3 seconds to turn
them off.
4. Wait a few seconds and then press and hold the power button on your
earbuds for 3 seconds to turn them back on.
5. Turn on Bluetooth
®
on your device.
6. Pair to "Shadow Fusion".

1. How long will my Shadow Fusion earbuds take to fully charge?
a. From 0%, your earbuds will take approximately 1 hour to fully charge.
2. What should I do if my earbuds are not working?
a. Be sure the earbuds are fully charged. Then, complete a factory reset. You
can reset the earbuds by pressing and holding the multi-function button
and volume up button at the same time for 3 seconds. Then follow the
instructions for pairing.
3. How long will the battery last?
a. The Shadow Fusion battery will last 10 hours, but this can vary depending
on volume levels and use.
4. What should I do if I have intermittent audio from the mic on my
earbuds?
a. Make sure nothing is covering the mic on the earbuds and make sure you
are not in a windy location. If this does not solve the issue, try another
phone call to make sure the issue is not isolated to one call.

5. What happens if I do not pair my earbuds?
a. If the earbuds are powered on and not paired to a device, they will go into
standby mode and turn off after 3 minutes. To turn them on again, press
and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
